Had a conversation with a Arbor DM and his rep bragging about how successful his team is because of his utilized strategy with his reps. I laughed in their faces and walked away.

This is so spot on. Why are managers only sending out your own numbers instead of the national report on cotempla copay redemptions? Because they don't want you to see the doctors who already have way more than 20. There is definitely preferential treatment going on. The "chosen ones" get all the copay cards they want prior to launch. I get it - if a doctor is going to write the hell out of the product, give them the damn cards.
