Actelion used to be a phenomenal place to work. It has gone down the toilet faster than you can say boo! We miss SJ and RE! Ever since BF took over, he has been getting ready to get Actelion acquired. Unless you are a part of the "boys club" JL, DD, BS, BN, etc. you are sunk from a promotion standpoint. Even if you have been a long-standing performer - they DONT care! They want you to leave so they can bring in someone younger, hotter (you know what I am saying), and cheaper! We have already lost several best of the best and management wants to keep it hush-hush. Relationships? They DON'T care! I heard that many of our KOL's were at a meeting and NO ONE in upper management cared to attend. It was noticed by many. There will be no bonuses next year or the very little "big pharma" bonuses. Sorry, J and J, you picked a dog company to purchase. I am so glad I am leaving......
