The rats always scatter when the lights are turned on. Just a matter of time before they take the bait..... and end up fired!

This is one of the saddest things I've ever seen. A person gets fired from the company, then trolls their message boards as opposed to trying to do a fantastic job for their new employer, Home Depot.

Sensipar was launched 10 years ago with Medicare Part D coverage by 160 reps. The commercial payers followed Medicare and covered Sensipar. Opko is not Amgen. Amgen was premarketing Sensipar 18 months prior to launch not 8 weeks prior to launch. Amgen had 160 reps not 5 reps. Amgen had more than 5 NAMs/CAMs and 5 MSLs. Amgen had 5 marketing people not 1.

    Just more excuses for failure.

Actually Amgen had 136 reps, the NAM's and CAM's called on dialysis centers and had nothing to do with payers. We've been selling this product for a year now and, while I agree that the market development was not ideal, it's been a year since we've launched. You should have no excuses for why you can't get Rayaldee covered. I am having success because I'm working my tail off every day knocking down barriers, overcoming obstacles, and finding a path forward. You just make excuses for why things can't happen. Pathetic!

EXACTLY - Amgen had coverage for Sensipar. Rayaldee's coverage is limited.

So what I hear you saying is out of the hundreds and hundreds of scripts that you've had written only a handful of actually been for filled? This is why your numbers are so lousy. What a fraud you are to blame totally on coverage. Have you ever thought it's because of your lack of selling skills and effort that's making you feel?

Obviously, you don't work here or you know that YES plenty of the prescriptions are not getting filled for various reasons (i.e. $155.00 per month copayment, step therapy, etc.) IF you do work here, learn to read the weekly OC report. "Closed by HCP" means coverage denied. Do you really think that 80% of the forms submitted to the hub are "Closed by HCP"? Really?

Here's your problem, you always see the problem and never a solution. You blame every one and everything for your failure but, there are those who succeed everyday. Sure, these jobs are tough.... very tough but, why is it that, thru the struggle, others succeed where you fail? It's because you have no Idea how to run a business, you have zero work ethic, and all you do is focus on why you can't achieve great things. People like you are a dime a dozen. Greatness will never come from losers like you. Please quit today and go back to your permissive based, marketing driven, no selling ability required, big pharma job and leave the real work to those who can get it done.
