Do a little research. Use the interwebs. Psoriasis studies already completed. Also dropping age to 3 mo.

I regret reading this thread. I hate knowing that you are my co-workers. I brag about you to my offices and talk about how amazing and professional you are. You were hand selected for this job and beat out some of the best reps. You got this job over some of my very qualified derm friends. Just last week one of my PA's was asking how I'm liking it here at Pfizer and I said I was lucky to have gotten in. I said I have never worked with such a professional and savvy group of people. So, colleagues, I had higher expectations of you. What you've typed on here is embarrassing. I came from derm, I came aboard for launch and have really enjoyed it. Every pharma company has reach and frequency. Every company has sales expectations. Every company has managed care restraints. Launching this drug and working within those parameters is exactly what I was hired to do. I couldn't be happier to have the resources I've been given and to be surrounded by so many amazing reps. We have loads of lunch money and samples... try launching a product without either of those. I have. It sucks. I haven't met a weak manager or weak rep yet. Wait, I take that back. I did meet some douchebag in Vegas and couldn't believe he was one of ours... but the other 99% have been some of the best reps I've ever worked with. The grass is not greener, trust me. Do you know how many reps would trade places with you in a second?? Don't take this job for granted, because it could be gone with a simple end of year pharma lay-off phone call. If its bad for you, leave. But to bad mouth your company with petty complaints on a very public thread is low class. I want the 10 min of my life back that I wasted on reading your lameness. To all non-Pfizer readers, I apologize for my colleagues. To all of you great reps who interviewed but didn't get a Pfizer derm position, I'm sorry. You should have been hired over these guys.

Not going to quote above post b/c it’s too long. (Appears to work in TX CA or FL) If you’re doing what you were hired to do then good for you. A great many of us were lied to in the interview process. I would say “misrepresented” but I now think they never meant what they promised. This division is not a “different kind of Pfizer”. “We won’t be metric driven” - what BS. “Hiring experience & letting you run your business” - not for one second. IC$ is a unicorn on a rainbow. Would be beautiful but you’ll never see it. So yeah, their are plenty of reasons to be displeased. Straight talk? I think not. They've butchered this launch w/ no access and bad strategy and now they’re running off reps w/ the Pfizer metric tracking crap. Way to ruin a perfectly good product you mooks.
