    120+ depending on experience. 35-40 target and stock options. Car allowance. Hired by end of November.

    no f2f yet. Just hired managers. No way they’re paying 170K. Maybe 140-150 with years of hospital experience. Have to have hospital experience preferably ICU. Stock options in the 2-3000 range. No sign on bonus.

    The managers were brought on board the week onf 10/23. Phone screens with InVentiv and Hiring Managers going on now. They want offers on the Table Decemter first with a January 15 start date. I have heard of F2F interviews in Dallas as early as Nov 9th. The In Ventiv rep puts together a dossier on candidate that includes results of a One Way Taped Interview. Apparently you will be asked three questions and will be taped replying to the questions. I minute to read the questions with 3 minutes to respond. . They are hiring a total of 90 Critical Care Specialists accross the country.

    I was told, "We do not negotiate salary, I know that is difficult for sales people to understand." I believe they want experience but may not be willing to compensate. If you want an RN/healthcare professional, ICU/critical care, CCRN and hospital experience, it comes with a cost. This appears to be cool opportunity but we know; out of desperation, someone will take a lesser comp package just to get on board. And "no negotiation" in sales why not?
