Can we get a realignment please?!?!? I am sick of these idiots pretending that selling in PC is the same as specialty. Different challenges, different metrics, different t messaging. My manager is so off base and has no clue how to manage the PcP space!!!

i got my resume out there today. I spoke to my Pharma contacts and Recuiter’s. I’ve always sold Specality & took this Polaris gig bc I was told I’d make a lot of bonus money. Maybe that was the case until josh came around ...increasing Q3 goals 35-40% on Polaris. 90% of the Polaris team is not making Xifaxan bonus.

I have worked for respected big Pharma companies in the past & wasn’t micromanaged nor treated this bad. My manager is a control freak, it’s to the point that he is telling me what tollet paper to buy. I’m not trying to be ungratefully bc im blesses to have a job that pays the bills. Toxic that I must move on for my own mental health. I hope things turn around for those who try to stick It out. The grass is definitely greener on the other side in this case and I’ll definitely take this as a learning lesson.
