    Novartis has always been top heavy on management but not very smart on implementation. When push comes to shove . . . . . . . the PDI rep. and manager are far more motivated, disciplined and able to accomplish as compared to their Novartis counterparts . . . .

    It will be a very good day when some of the PDI Reps BUMP some of the NVS reps right out of a job. It will even be more fun to watch the NVS ABLs and Reps find another job.

    Yes,there are some PDI reps that are better then Novartis and the converse is true as well. The reality is PDI is a contract and if they reshuffle the deck chairs on the titanic, the contract goes first. Not because they are worse reps but because they don't have to give packages like they would the Novartis reps. Less financial and legal hassle to cut the contract

    I guess NVS wouldn't have had the call for pos tension today unless PDI was here. I believe you have Kristin to thank for that!! Once again, NOT PDI's fault!!!

    The Noshartus reps I work with are garbage. Can’t wait to take their jobs!
