26 Managers gone in the reorg....... not enough! Managers should have 15-20 reps per District!

Or more!!! I totally agree. One of the main reasons offices shut down to reps is because mangers come in and pressure the rep to "close" the doctor and managers take a bunch of the docs time. Then, there are the managers that want the entire team to do a bunch of fake busy work. Send me this report and send me that report and lets have a conference call every Friday and crap like that.

Also, they cost the most!!! So? Get rid of them. Get rid of the overpaid Oncology reps. Cut DR bonus and salary and let the primary care reps keep their jobs!

I have been a rep in the DBU for six years and everything we do is in prep for manager field rides. Field rides have become dog and pony shows and the job is a joke. My DSM has offered nothing to help me grow and develop and is only seen as someone who rides with us to check off the boxes and evaluate us for reviews. Managers in the DBU are useless and a joke.

couldnt agree more. Managers add no value whatsoever especially the newer, younger ones who have barely worked out on the field as a rep. The company could save a ton of money by having less managers.

Glorified baby sitters is what a DBM should be titled. Worst leadership I have seen coming over from another company. The two we have in my state are fucking worthless. Fuck'em both.
