Being acquired by QuintilesIMS...what are the employee benefits?

Hello,

Our company is being acquired by QuintilesIMS by the end of the year and they won't give us details about what the employee benefits look like. Could someone give me a quick low-down on how the PTO and 401K work there?

PTO normally 2 weeks vacation time
10 days sick days
2 floating holidays
401k match dollar for dollar first 3%
50% for next 3%

 

The biggest question is: What are the monthly medical costs roughly for Self, Self+Spouse, and Family?
