The reallocation won't be until October. They are going to offer points for retirement along with reallocations.
They want to get rid of the older people making higher incomes except for the company's senior management. They are still hiring young college graduates. the plan is to get rid of higher paid workers and bring in the cheap labor. They are still telling the college grads that Lilly hires for entire careers.

They will get their numbers and then some. They will have so many people apply that they won't let them all take the package. Lilly is changing. It is not the same place it used to be. They want to get rid of Part A pensioners in a bad way and get in cheap kids with only Part B. They think salvation is the millennial college grad. What they fail to realize is that the millennials don't care about making a career there.
