What is happening to our business? People are so unhappy, don't trust management, are being fired for reasons that are just BullSh@$#! We even have senior managers (RS) sleeping with folks and not get into any hot water! Someone better shake things up or the business will just plummet...tough to do when HR runs the show I think.
So what else is new with Baxter? Just another report of the same from a different division. HR is the worst but that is nothing new either.
Lol you have to be stoned to work at this place. I had over 20 years herring and was accused of something I didn't do. HR blackmailed me and forced me to sign a letter to keep my job. After that, I had a target on my back by an HR director who is a total bitch. She then assigned me to a new boss who was a total asshole from outside the company and she let him fire me after working for him for 6 weeks! Total shit show here. Destroyed my career and reputation-also wasn't making anywhere near what my peers made. Baxter is on a downward spiral....
