Micro management to the extreme!

I'm a new PNAM and have never been so micromanaged in my entire career. What's wrong with this company?? All reps I know are unhappy and looking already....this sucks!

 

Call on your D 7-10 doc targets
and make your 8 calls a day
and make sure you sync every
night.

 

and that still won't be enough. Dajic is planning on leaving company.

 

just wondering, do all the Avanir reps
enter their calls in MI during the day as you make your daily calls. I use to enter them in evening, but our Mngr now is requiring us to enter them all during the day as we make the calls.
Thoughts ?

Talk about micromanagement with
Veeva they will be able to track when you wake up, where an when you take a dump during the day and how long you were in the shitter.
