    Wait, didn't we do this sort crap a couple of years back with all sort of consultants?
    Are we doing more of the same again?
    How are paying for this?

    That's the same crap we did before.
    Ron sat with his consultants in the classrooms over by Safety, and we all "talk", " cried", and "held hands" .
    Many key persons left a few months after that.
    They saw the BS before us that remain here.

    More of the same.
    Isn't the definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over again, yet expecting different results?

    We do not plan on repeating the last event. Many new associates in Leadership and below will be participating; a new Six Sigma consultant will be brought in; your inputs will be solicited. Remember, Six Sigma process is very well defined.

    Yeah ... thrilled to hear LOL. Commercial did a "360" project two years ago; all filled a large survey "evaluating" each other and "discussed" the findings to death. Ask LS what was done - NOTHING!

    This is not to be confused with a feel good '360' project. We have a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt coming. This is the highest level of excellence and hopefully will get to the root cause of our missed performance.

    Sounds like preparation for the next round of layoffs! Use six sigma to fire bottom 20%.

    There are NO plans to lay off anyone ! Never ! Let the Six Sigma process run its course and please do not plant the seed of job insecurity. Yes our extended Family will be taken care of: job security, improved benefits, and responsive Leadership. We hear you ! !

    Loss of Ampyra patent and NDA mishap have created job insecurity and lack of faith in the company ... not CP posts. FDA approval is what we need, not six sigma or some other fad.
