If the bottom 50 didn’t matter before, they sure as hell don’t matter now. Good thing my top targets are only 4 hours apart.

But the call average goal is 9 now right? Because everybody successfully hit 8... and 7....

 

Yeah you’re right. A company should never adjust/increase their performance goals and just be happy with what they got. I’m sure growth will just happen naturally.
