Your commissions are down because you chose Xifin as your billing software. My company went to Xifin about 3 years ago. We left them at the beginning of 2017. During the 2 years we had Xifin our revenue went down about 10%. After we left Xifin our revenue is up about 35% since the lows of Xifin. While we have signed more clients they account for only a 10% projected increase. The other 25% is form revenue stuck in the shitty Xifin billing system. You are down for no other reason than Xifin. You should dump them ASAP, but you won't as your new compliance officer is good friends with the CEO of Xifin. You should all just leave Bio as the combo of Jane and Leila will destroy your company.

 

You are correct. Xifin SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! They ruined my commissions. BRL suck too. I am leaving 11/1/17 and going to a pharma job. I hope this company dies!

 

Xifin is awful. I came to BRL 3 years ago from a lab that used Xifin. Once that lab switched over to Xifin revenue dropped bu 15%. Xifin sucks and they are con-artists. BRL must leave Xifin or they will go bankrupt. Death to Xifin!

Since Xifin took over, my volume is the same, my insurance mix is the same. Rates actually went up a little in 2017. But my commissions are down. I did not get any accounts dropped because of JPW compliance initiatives. So the only explanation is Xifin. My commissions were ridiculously high to begin with. Now they are awful. I blame everything on Xifin. I have 3 interviews with other labs that don't use Xifin. I will never work for a company that uses the POS billing company. Xifin sucks

 

If you think you are going to make more someplace else leave now. You keep talking about JPW it is not her it is Florida they feel you are overpaid . Stop crying . They do not care if you stay or go. .

 

It is JPW. She brought Xifin in as she is besties with LW the CEO at Xifin. Wake up! This is a conspiracy to kill all labs beside Labcorp and Quest and LW is in on it. She is cozy with CMS and does whatever they tell her. JPW is the same way. Stealing money while they can until this enitre industry is just L and Q!

 

This might be the stupidest comment ever made on the internet. Xifin has lost more customers because Labcorp keeps buying them, so to suggest LW is conspiring with Labcorp can only mean one thing. You're an idiot. Xifin and Quest is almost as ludicrous.

 

Truth is JPW brought Xifin in just as stated. NICE MOVE! Skip the reference checks.... Didn't Bostwick Labs use XiFin and go under???? Hmmmmm.
