It took an entire week-way, way too long. Real content: could be done in 2 days. Forget the feel good stuff like "team building" exercises which had nothing to do with team building. Its nice to see everyone, great to hear from the CEO, but scale the rest of the things way back.
Well stated...2 day meeting stretched over 5 days. MJ is awful on stage...right?! How about a half day of fun? Party was best thing about the meeting and you cheap fucks should throw us a stipend for buying costumes. Len was great.
