Who do you feel are the worst managers here?

More importantly, why are you trying to stir shit up on Day 2? Get a life.

aww, poor manager already feeling so defensive. Lol. Get a life? Why are you on a board meant for reps, you defensive loser. Focus on supporting your reps achieve our goals and not tying our hands behind our back which is what it already feels like. Tired of bs spewing from bad managers that shouldn't have been hired to begin with. The fact you are so upset shows you are well aware of how bad things have already started. Now go back to work and help us(assuming you have any real abilities and not just part of the pervert old boy's network so prevalent here!)

Well, I can think of one right now, but still waiting for others to post their opinions. The one I'm thinking of is one of the most fake, insincere people I've ever worked for. Anyone have a clue who it is?

I find you both very hypocritical. You literally just got hired...did you behave this way in your interviews? You should be ashamed of yourselves. Pathetic.

Did we behave this way in interviews? Shame? Pot calling kettle black. I saw with my own eyes the despicable way some management oogled over female reps with their tongue on the floor and apparently from other posts at Amag, I'm just one of many! But,you keep up with that facade of protecting sleezy behavior and lies. I obviously did great in interviews, while management was dishonest about the sh-tty drug we have and that jobs are going to likely be cut with the awful response ob-gyn community is giving. Keep diverting from facts you loser!

Management is really freaking out with their comments here. It's almost as if they were caught off-guard as to how bad our drug is and how bad a launch we've had. If this was a launch, shouldn't it be named after the Challenger disaster? Managed care problems are the least of the numerous problems. How about getting pharmacies to even stock it? Oh, that's right, they need prescribers to want to write it first. Well, that's not happening. Great launch, AMAG! Try sucking even more so reps have to deal with explaining why company was so stupid as to think there was a need for a mediocre drug, with less-than-great efficacy.

I work here and have an obligation to my co-workers to point out how scummy higher-ups are hurting us and the company. Obviously, management is extremely upset or you wouldn't be wasting time to say they don't care, you Loser!

Of course, management has plenty of time to monitor the board here because they certainly aren't helping to sell our Intrarosa dud! Take a quick peek at the embarrassing RXS! LAUGHABLE!

I'm finding some relief everyone else is having problems with getting docs on board too. Hoping marketing gives everyone a great gift to use or huge formulary win. Not used to struggling with starts. But, I'm sure they're gonna give us some time to get on track. Especially if everyone's lagging nationwide from expectations. We'll get there.

If we are gonna get there, we need some miracle right away. Is there a study they're working on with better results than what we currently have? Anyone? It's hard to disagree with experts when we don't have something stronger to persuade with on our side for the patient benefit

So funny that there were no AMAG posts for years from the hem/Onc team of 40 reps. Now, women's health reps are hired, and the 150 are complaining? Wow. Hem/Onc were all told that we could not take the jobs. Y'all have no travel, so why complain? And you have money to see the doctors. We have been cut off.

Just be honest, do you think the hem/onc reps really wish they had the women's health jobs right now for AMAG the way things are purportedly going? Wondering....

So many unhinged people in this company. Angry and drink too much. Market Access and Intrarosa Sales.

You should be home watching after the kids, but then with your great attitude Child Protective Services probably isn't allowing it because you'd screw them up. Who hired you anyway, you deserve one another!

A hint of who the worse manager is on the oncology side: This person will only have 2 reps on his team. Everyone is leaving due to this person. Ouch. Personality of a rock and could care less about people. Too robotic to deal with.
