New Jersey just filed the nuclear version of a civil suit against Insys. I'll let you find the link, it will give you all something to do tonight while you're not sleeping. (Hint: Middlesex County)

Once you find it, sit back and prepare to be horrified. They are not kidding around with their evidence chain. Complete with blinded cc emails to JK and the BOD. It's all there with names dates and places and emails to tie it all together. Current employees are quoted in extremely incriminating email chains.

10 states now have filed suits against Insys. I must say, NJ has by far out done them all. They got the "goods" and then some. This should be interesting.

That's because the Governor of NJ was appointed the head of the opioid task force by Trump so they have been relentless in contacting anyone and everyone in NJ, former employees, current employees, HCPs and the like and doing some crazy shit from what I've heard!!! So the Governor looks like he does more than sit on a beach and close bridges... NJ is the worst by far, but it still makes me ponder why Insys would hire Purdue people when trying to "dissassociate" themselves from the opioid crises!? They keep emphasizing their .02% of opioid scripts but hire the people who started the epidemic makes no sense

Maybe the Gov saw your Facebook page and that's why he's pissed at you?

I just meant that it probably wasn't such a good idea to make him your profile pic when he closed the parks. I'm just bustin! (I hope you've since deleted that). ;)

Gees Louise! They actually refer to Insys as drug peddlers!!! Most of the complaint referred to patients who were switched from Actiq or Fent and the entire thing is focused on off label promoting when the patients had already been on a trans mucousal fentanyl prods!
