Another person on this bandwagon. Erik was my manager and in over 15 years worst EVER encountered. Crass, not professional, ignorant and a back stabber. Its a sad day when you can not trust. He made public his hate for minorities and women. Like any workplace, there are the good and there are the bad. This one is the BAD. Is he really still around? As long as he is - his reputation and all the skeletons in his closet will continue to haunt him. It is people like this that give NNI a bad name.
