Another person on this bandwagon. Erik was my manager and in over 15 years worst EVER encountered.
Crass, not professional, ignorant and a back stabber. Its a sad day when you can not trust.
He made public his hate for minorities and women. Like any workplace, there are the good and there are the bad. This one is the BAD. There is a reason why he is no longer a manager of people an a lowely product rep.

Why do you keep this up? Do you feel better? What outcome are you looking for?
Eric is a successful, meaningful and integral part of our team. Enough.

Erik leaves his dirty mark wherever he goes. Thermo Fisher. Involved with lawsuits and collusion with doctors in NJ. Some involved might still be in jail. His stint with Inventiv Contract Sales. Fired from that one too. His history with discrimination suits against him. Novo Nordisc. Heard he was demoted to a sales rep. Some may say that remarks like this on CP are is driven by spite and having been done wrong. Not true. Just a stay away message. Thats all.
And like the previous person said 2000 views. Thats what I call good marketing.

good marketing? You are single handedly attempting to ruin a good mans career.

Is he really still around? As long as he is - his reputation and all the skeletons in his closet will continue to haunt him. It is people like this that give NNI a bad name. Saw all the other posts from his past co workers and direct reports it is a sad knowing we have the likes of him representing us in front of customers.

If this guy spelled his first name with an 'A' instead of an 'E', do you think Novo would have given him a userid of "ARSE"?

come on ...let's not let this go away. Not until he does...
Speak up share your experiences with Erik. Was he a strategic, strong and supportive manager?
Did he understand the business? Did he collaborate across boundaries to accomplish a common goal?
