    The glargine elevator that we are supposed to be riding down slowly from floor to floor is now in complete free-fall. Dust off your resumes folks!

    Yes, that PDL was released a few days ago. Can't wait to see what other Medicare plans we lose too. I'm sure Sanofi won't say a word to us. This will negatively impact our q4 sales even though it doesn't go into effect in Jan.

    Its true, google the 2018 formulary and see for yourself. And You can expect these douchebags to not only say nothing, but to raise your unattainable goals even further.

    Yes, The PDL was released without Lantus. However, all plans have the ability to make a final change. This is not new it also happened years ago on Part D with Lantus. CVS/CMK published the PDL with Levemir and not Lantus. Sanofi got it's act in gear and made a final desperate plea/rebate to CVS and got Lantus back on formulary. Never say Never.
