What is average quarterly bonus?

I'm considering a PMR role, the base is lower than I expected. That said, can you all please provide insight into average quarterly bonus? As in for bottom 25%, top 50%, and top 10% performers. I appreciate your time. TIA

It was a simple question. Why are you so bothered by it? Bonus potential is apart of comp, wouldn’t you want to know what the potential is when considering a position?

 

There are investor trolls that try to solicit information. Thats why people respond like that

 

Ah, I understand now. That makes sense. Too bad, I am genuinely considering a PMR position, would have been nice to get a field reps opinion of bonus potential. Of course it’ll come up in final interview but getting it from a rep is best.

Don't bother asking about the commissions - good luck trying to get the money you've earned, they will find a way to get around paying you somehow
