I hate to exercise!

    So you want to live as long as Jack LaLanne and make an ass of yourself everytime you go out into the public???

    Not me.

    Just make sure you don't outlive your money.

    If that happens you're fucked.

    I also hate to exercise but now I understand the
    important of exercise so I will also start it regularly.

    "Buy something that makes you feel good about yourself when you workout (a cute top, cool sneakers, etc) and that helps too."

    Try some dance classes, or just walk every day for 30minutes!
     
  5. cycling is a best exercise which has been universally proved you should definitely ride bicycle daily morning which will help you to loose your weight and tummy too..:)

    You can try adopting a new diet and start swimming. Swimming helped me a lot go get rid of my unwanted fats in the middle section. You have to continue it for a long time though. Also swimming improves your respiratory system and makes your body much more flexible and strong.

    Gymnasts are athletics and they don't starve themselves. Females gymnasts are short but are gifted and strong. Have you ever watched the Olympics? I'll never forget one gymnast injured or broke her ankle and had to still finish another routine. That takes a lot of courage and determination.

    Ever hear of Kerri Strug or Mary Lou Retton?

    I started attend dance classes instead to lose some weight. And I see the result!

    I say, dance on your favorite songs. A fast energetic dance will get you to sweat and eventually it will reduce your weight.

    it's great! dancing is good exercise.
