In all fairness, she did what was required to go to MCOE. She lead by example, the NN way, She downsized by attrition. Medical professionals left on their own, hence no more layoffs. Other FDs are using similar methods by not appreciating their talent. Sad

Rochester manager = BAD. Why? She has aligned herself with people that are bringing her down. The BIG guy is the reason why she is NOT respected by upper management. Our team is in big trouble these days - we do not have the support, respect and we are on the radar for ALL the wrong reasons. If she took the time to manage the team instead of threaten us w/ retaliation we all would be better off.

She is far and beyond the worst of any. If this is the first time she's been mentioned in this thread, I'd be very surprised.

The poor thing. She actually thought she was going somewhere here at camp NNI. But the winds have changed and her psycho mgt. style is now just a psycho mgt. style. She doesn't know what to do or where to go next.

All of Novo has poor management. In the IT department you have weak soft people like JFMI, JTSE, LFRN and everyone above them. Their people barely know what they are doing and they’d all prefer to turn their head and hope issues disappear. Worst run IT department around on all aspects.

What about that poser Hospital DM in Colorado? C.T. Wow. Run in with this guy and you will know why Novo is doing so bad. In fact, I bet a bumb on the street knows more than him. It's awful working for him. Drink the kool-aid at all? We all laugh behind his back. He hangs out with that Keebler Elf "higher up." LOL

We don't have hospital managers. Plus, you call someone a "bumb"? I don't think I've ever seen someone misspell a 3-letter word, but you did it. Congrats for being an all-around moron.

NOPE. And you will NEVER see any Rochester name in lights. Why is that?
Is it because of poor managed care status of our products? NO
Is it because of poor access to our customers? No
Is it because of poor endo team? No
Is it because of poor moral? YES
Is it because of poor management? YES
Is it because EVERYONE on the team (EXCEPT for the BIG GUY) is in fear of their jobs? YES

Thanks for your reply! Good to know insecure Chris still trolls CP to see if he makes the threads.

Not sure who Chris is, but what does that have to do with the fact that we don't have hospital managers and you misspelled the word "bum"? Trying to shift the focus elsewhere to hide the fact that you're stupid? Looks like it.

If a team has good access, good coverage, and good collaborative partners, and they aren't performing well, then they should fear for their jobs b/c they aren't very good at them.

    And the word is "morale".
