How the Purdue Regime has accomplished nothing

We all keep wondering the same thing - even if they have the posts taken down we hear you

 

I’ll tell you a couple of reasons why...

1) They think have all the answers. None of these people came in and tried to discover what we had to say about anything, BJ won’t speak to any DSMs during field time (or from what I hear at any other time), he’s an ass and total liability in the field, every decision is made with zero input, and they won’t rely on any of the current talent for anything. They’ve alienated literally everyone.

2) Only the negative response. Sales are plummeting and the only way the ASDs & BJ react is hit the negative. When being a prick is your only way you know how to react to a challenge speaks volumes about your lack of management skills. These people are so poorly trained that all they know how to do is berate people. Tony P is completely out of control, how anyone from HR allows this to continue is exactly why Insys will never be anything other than an embarrassment. My mgr let’s me listen in to his calls sometimes, and he’s disgusting. All the DSMs are completely transparent to us about the ASDs and Home Office incompetence. I don’t know anyone who has faith in anyone anymore. It’s really sad.

And the portfolio absolutely stinks, the meds are TERRIBLE. They reps have literally no good reason to tell a doctor to prescribe these meds. Especially the most recently launched one. I dare them to do a job satisfaction survey right now, they don’t have the guts or the skills to know what to do with the results.

 

Your 'Purdue Regime' is not really 'Purdue'. Most were there for 2 years and were never instrumental to growth of that company. They will be gone in less than 2 years because most are perpetual job hoppers. Smoke and mirror crew at best!
