I'm pretty sure no one is manipulating your data. They can handle not paying you by simply setting ridiculously high goals, like what happened in POA 1a. To say that they are going in and messing with individual physician's data is a bit too conspiracy theorist for me, especially when they can just screw you with the goal. No need to go any further than that.

 

I mostly agree except they do manipulate it by who you can and can’t add in mtl. So many times I’ve gotten a new doc writing only to not get credit for 6 months and then have them added into my baseline.

So just reread 'the email'. Sounds like initially it was 185 but may now be different. Also been here for 12+ years and been thru many of these layoffs/whateverucallthem and have never been asked to stay at home the entire day and cancel all of my appointments. I don't feel good about this.

 

Nothing has changed about the number of layoffs, but what you are seeing in black and white is Big Pharma mentality taking over our beloved Novo Nordisk. So sad what they have done to our company.
