Question about former Shire Leadership

    I work at Synergy and have been floored about the volume of imbeciles that came from Shire. Horrible leadership. What was your experience with Marianne Jackson, Lindsay Janczak, Matt Hoenecke or Michele Porreca? Please tell me that I haven't choosen a company lead by buffoons?

    What you should be doing is asking about Shire's CURRENT leadership. Once you see these corrupt assholes in action you will run back to Synergy and hug all of those you mentioned.

    I know most of those you mentioned (but not close) and I would take them ANYTIME. I guess its all a matter of perspective.

    While I agree with the above poster, I also feel your pain with some that you mention. Appears you got a lot of our fluff employees which will likely bankrupt your company. Good luck. Pray for an acquisition.

    Unfortunately you have, pretty sure almost everyone on this list was axed at one point or another. Matt was for sure.

    What’s the point of this whining and ignorant post. Boatloads of people left Shire over the past 5 years - some good and some bad. If you’re too stupid to assess talent on your own, you probably aren’t too good at your job anyway and Synergy would be well rid of a candy-ass like you.

    Matt and Marianne were fired from Shire as I understand it. I don't know about Michele. Lindsay is someone that undermined those she worked with and was particularly threatened by women. When I worked with her she didn't work well with others and seemed to lack a perspective on the big picture. Not to mention she was horrible with follow through. Michele was simply a hideous example of company representation and I will leave it at that. I have heard Synergy has a ton of Shire rejects. Sorry for you. Then again,Shire sucks too!

    Based on the OP's comments, it sounds to me like SHPG did a good cleanup. Okay, now back to the SHPG whiners...

    It sounds like Synergy built a company on Shire rejects. No wonder the stock is tanking. Horrible leadership. Sorry for you.

    Whether fired, downsized, moved out or just plain left for greener pastures, if it got them away from Flem, Perry and their incompetent band of unprofessional losers then they are smart. Ask anyone the reputation of Perry and you'll get the same, "lying, untrustworthy, slimey, poor presenter, unmotivating" are a few direct comments. Just look at his history when he joins a new company. He usually moves out anyone smarter than him because his ego is so fragile. What that translates to is all of his VPs and Sr Directors because lets face it, A LOT of people are smarter than him.

    Synergy is doing just fine and anyone who left Shire in the last 3 years is in a much better place. FACT!
