Thx Ed C for telling us your wife likes your butt in the gray suit.
    Seriously.
    You really like yourself.

C'mon, the poor guy doesn't Andy to tell him that anymore.

    My observations...
Joe failing to connect with Central using the East is great jokes. 50/50 on him having a job.
Dave M could care less about connecting with the team. On his phone during most of the opening session and impossible to have a conversation with him.
The best RBD I've ever had in my pharma career busting his butt even though he is slated to be cut at EOY.

yes! What is up with Dave M?? So obvious he had no interest in being there or getting to know anyone. What's up?

Listening to that guy is like watching paint dry.

Dave walked out of the room, closing session, right after he got done talking at the West POA. Classy...

He also texted on his phone and left the opening session for 80% of the time in Chicago. I've never seen anything like that before. Completely and totally disconnected from people, and doesn't give a fuck about it. I'm really looking forward to the future under this moron.

Engagement with the team is so essential as is first impressions. Dave did kinda blow it, that's for sure.

Remember when the ET and senior leadership would mingle with the minions during events? They have zero interest in that today. Dave and Doug are 2 of the least prepared, least charismatic leaders I've ever seen.

Also, enough with the clichés. I don't want to have to hear about "must win battles" anymore.

Who does Dave think he is anyway? He's not too good to be cordial to employees. Apparently, he didn't get the memo. Note to Dave: You are not a celebrity, so stop thinking you are better than the rest of us. Very disappointed.

Andy doesnt seem so bad now, does he? Would much rather have Andy over Dave and Doug!

Andy? First of all he never ran Novo. Second, he didn't have the intellect nor demeanor to run Novo. He made (some) sales people feel good about themselves, thats all. Hardly a comparison.

New leadership is a big time clique. They will stand among themselves and not even think of inviting you in. Very poor leadership. And very demotivating. Pompous leadership will not rally the troops and lead us to the success we need and frankly deserve!!

I know, right? I mean, they act like its unprofessional for senior leaders to be glued to their phones like a preteener right before summer camp. And we LOVE to hear how spouses admire our leader's butt in biz attire.

Yep. They really picked a couple of winners for us with these gruesome twosome.

You're stuck with them, and they're not going anywhere. But you might be.

The stock at his previous company is $3.05. He ran that company in the ground and Doug bailed him out and gave him Andy's job.
