    I am a part of this class and can’t wait to take that BIG check to the bank for the toxic environment I had to work in. My manager tried to promote my partner (a male) over me even though the metrics were clear I was doing the work. I reported it to the “anonymous” compliance hot line. They not only told him what my claim was but he then tried to manage me out. Beware female AGN reps, this is a Forest Management play that you cannot risk reporting!!! Get an attorney and start documenting; this will
    Never change no matter how many fines they pay. And, I’m with a biotech now and couldn’t be happier!! Why live with that crap? The Grass is Greener and now a payout to boot my lucky day!

    I am a former legacy AGN person and the arrogance of the Forest DM's and RM's is astounding. Who the F_ck do these nimrods think they are? It's at a level I'm unfamiliar with. Didnt think humans had the crass and ignorance to be such tools but most I've encountered take the cake! Bust all of them!

    Is this the case that all female employees were sent a form to fill out that made us part of the lawsuit. It was about 3 1/2 years ago. What kind of money are we talked by for each individual?

    Yep. Anything reported to that anonymous hotline and the company teams up against you. Always get an attorney and don’t tell the company that you have an attorney. It sucks but they do not keep you safe no matter how egregious the violation you report.

    4 mil is a slap in the face. 95% of that money will pay for the attorneys hours over the last 5 years. Settling is simply a way to get the case over with after milking both companies for money. The 4 mil settlement just paid the $800,000 in annual salaries to all partners involved for the prosecuting attorneys...if there was true discrimination and inequality, a settlement wouldn’t have been agreed upon and the firm would have pushed to continue the case. In reality, they justified their existence and legal services over the past 5 years. The remaining pennies will be dispersed to the complainants that took part in the class action suit.

    You sound like part of the problem??? I don’t care about the sum, I care that my voice was heard!! Rearview mirror and hey, it was cathartic seeing my pig of a manager get fired! Peace Out ✌️

    Is it safe to assume then that your a younger, attractive female rep? The reason I ask is I am a legacy AGN former employee. I know more about most of these drugs than the so called managers/rep experts yet none of those managers are interested in hiring more mature, knowledgeable people for sales jobs cause we dont turn doctors heads! Perhaps there is a lawsuit in that! My point being-look around at your coworkers and from what I can see on LinkedIn for sales reps and managers from AGN is that for the most part they are younger and attractive females. That might be more than half the problem right there!

    Lol, I couldn’t agree more with the above post...however, did you really have to ask if the individual was young and female?...I mean, the individual used “peace out” and an emoji...I think your question is answered
