A man with high impulsive behavior cannot survive in the industry. Neither with inclusion of John Balian nor with his own fake personality.

Mahesh, you are part of this allegation... have you ever heard a thief calling himself a thief? It was 3 alligators earlier, 1 lost faith and quit.. other 2 are still fighting. Founder was in 1st page of the management team, he has dropped himself to the 2nd page...and then he vanishes.... you will get for what you have done...Mahesh...you deserve nothing less than misery and humiliation in your older days...money can't buy everything...

What did Mahesh do? Did IMED lose JNJ/any other accounts or is it speculation?

They are the loosers and have no vision on professional and personal front. They just play with people emotions. Donot have skills in communication, not even able to address the crowd. Worst people performing leadership. Shame on them and speechless with their every moves. Big loosers with no thought process.

Mahesh?? Shortie? Yes, It seems like he is the killer in this entire episode...he starts with a 5 member team sitting in a dark room asking people to work for 18 hours a day...he forms a core team...he assures to bring moon and stars to them...the minute money starts coming in...he is a CEO and a President... He should know that even Prostitutes make money. He is no less a Gigolo.

I am writing it here because i feel there many fake or promoted reviews to influence the rating on positive side. There are many cons but i am listing only top 10 here.
    1) Terrible work culture where biasness, favoritisms and unethical behaviour of higher management are common sights.
    2) terrible performance appraisal process which does not even consider managers recommendations!
    3) Undeserving and incompetent people have been hired in last few months without following right hiring practice just based on recommendations from COO and sidling the functional heads.
    4) HR policies are terribly volatile and even written policy can change overnight without any discussion with functional managers. i.e. Non-Payment of performance bonus even after completing performance cycle, recovery of training cost from associates who went for training or even knowledge transfer overseas.
    5) The ratio of incompetent v's competent resources is too high which leads to overburden for very few competent people and surprisingly these few also don't get necessary reward because they don't work to please few individuals.
    6) this years average performance hike was on average 5-6% that's terrible from any standard.
    7) HR is just puppet of COO without any powers and does not care of people. Many individuals have resigned in last few months and have shared the feedback, however no visible actions or improvements have been considered yet!
    8) Over dependency on only major client means job security could be at risk also.
    9) No career growth for employees due to limited opportunities with kind of available projects.
    10) exit process is not smooth and people have to follow-up a lot to get their well deserved full and final settlement including last month salary! In some cases, people have received it even after 4-5 months!

I heard that Mahesh is sold to a company called as FMD K&L Inc. This is a John Balian productions :) They Expanded Operations to Armenia also to Support Business Growth. This was the earlier plan of Mahesh's boss also. Now, Mahesh is like a football..between his current boss and his next boss. he is a coward..he will runaway for sure...

Prashant started working through Freyr to avoid some conflict of interest with Take Solutions. Once iMED was legally established, Prashant got John to kick Freyr out of Johnson and Johnson. That is how iMED rapidly grew. Now with John firmly sailing the ship to god knows where, all their employees are in for a jolly good ride to the end of their careers.
