It's ironic that a so-called healthcare company does not care about their own employees. Being a high performer at Takeda and yet still mistreated will lead to retaliation. Mark and Diane will bo doubt rot in Hell.
The healthcare and overall benefits at Takeda are well below industry. They love to tell us they treat us well, but you ask around about other companies and quickly realize Takeda does not come anywhere close to industry standard in most areas. The vacation here is good. Salary, bonus plan, IC, car choices, Aetna plan- all terrible. BJ likes to tell everyone they have it good and just hopes no one looks elsewhere and figured out the reality here. Liberty Mutual is a complete joke. Just hope you never have to use any sort of disability. You pay for that coverage with each paycheck for years, but they deny everything and have $6/hr imbeciles reviewing all the claims. It's laughable how bad it is.
