When 02 patients die my manager makes me obtain a pickup script from the doctor.
    Who else does this??

That is hilarious. What is even funnier is that a Dr would actually sign a d/c 02 order on a deceased patient.

This type thing illustrates exactly what is wrong with healthcare. No common sense.

Can we please get a MMM hit list to clear this issue up?

Sounds like they're just trying to cover the bases.

That manager isn't covering all bases, he's covering his a$$. Corporate doesn't want to interrupt their revenue stream unless they have to, and proof is wanted. Too many O2 pick ups.

I've been told that it is a good excuse for the SR to visit the doctor.

Of course it doesn't.. but common sense and Rotech are two mutually exclusive terms.. just saying

Maybe if you had a good sales rep your pickup numbers wouldn’t matter as you’d have 50 setups a month. Exactly why my lincare Office is putting you out of business in my area. Hahahahaha

Same leaders for 20 years and 3 bankruptcies. COO is a joke. What else can you expect from the minions.
