Is Crandall still the VP of Sales? He was a straight shooter and cared for his sales teams

RC was the best. Class act, smart, great communicator and understood the business. He is at CGC. They downsized big time by putting in JB. No comparison in any regard.

Thank you for responding. JB couldn't shine Crandall's shoes.

Great years with RC leading the team. Very different now. Wish him well.

Thanks for your thoughts Rob, but you're about 100 miles from smart.

2018 goals are going to be out of reach and Bonus plan will not payout. Again

Heard Scott Washburn left. Guess ONC is going down. In flames.

Who is it, TD from CELGENE?

Well, guess what! We didn't hit our goal again for 2017, no new data and 80% of sales team looking for new jobs. Carston has put his foot down. Guess who is to blame. Yes, you guessed it, you the sales force. This meeting is going to be miserable. Role Plays, Contract Reps, and idiotic Marketing with all day lectures. Mix in a few A** Kissing Managers you have your next week planned. The growth expected on the TKI is crazy. The growth expected for Xofigo is just as bad. Carston wants heads to roll this year. You will be strictly held to your goal no question asked. Let's see how many managers support their people or throw them under the bus. Contract reps are a dime a dozen. Carston actually commented that the Contract Rep is the future of Bayer.

Role play at an oncology POA. That should put to rest any notion that sales management is anything other than clueless.

What you forgot to address were the contract reps, a** kissing managers, delphi surveys, turnover, lack of research, Tim Holmes, unreachable goals, etc... those added to role play shows the incompetence of this management team and that's why next week will be miserable.

Bringing on another sales force for a small oncology product. Just what the doctor(s) didn't order.

The new oncology management team has shown to be another big disappointment just like their predecessors. Share of voice in an already over saturated market place is decidedly uninnovative, old school pharma thinking.

If there was any doubt this ship is sinking, it has been confirmed.

This ship has been suck for over three years! Look at all the great people who have left! I’ve been gone for two years, making more money, stock, pipeline, future and piece of mind!
Bayer doesn’t care about the pharmaceutical end just world domination in agriculture

Why Bayer won't be a Top 10 Oncology Company:
    1. Tim Holmes
    2. Corporate Cell Phones (Now Legal can screen all my calls and texts. I simply won't use it, what a waste of money) People will leave because of 100 dollars. Idiots!
    3. Big Pharma, Womens health is not Oncology
    4. Reach and Frequency
    5. Lower Pay
    6. Ventiv Reps
    7. Carston, Phil Blake

He thinks he is God’s gift to women, he condescending, narcissistic, and surrounds himself with yes people! The oncology division is a cluster and this fool has no clue!

What makes you think they really care about being a top oncology company?

I don't believe Bayer is committed to that goal or they wouldn't have spent 66 billion on a seed and chemical company. Bayer's competitors in oncology are focused on pharmaceuticals and spending their money on acquiting biotech companies and pipelines.

The fact Bayer blew their wad on Monsanto while the competition buys pharmaceutical and biotech drugs and compounds speaks for itself.
