it appears as if ZBH can't get out of it's way fast enough. Too much change too fast and now we are left with a bunch of new guys who don't know jack crap but can talk a big game to HR. Advice: go hire some people with experience in this industry, preferably over 10 years experience. Sick and tired of calling in and talking with recent grads who are supposed to be our experts and they honestly don't really know much about Surgery or outcomes. These guys are only good for features and benefit talks and ra-ra talks. BS.
