    Sorry but pharma does't value reps. We are a dime a dozen. There are thousands of people in each one of our territories that would do our job for less. We have no marketable skills, no professional education or designation, we don't sell anything. We are talking billboards. That's it.

    TKI goals are a joke the new guy from Sanofi is hired to cut cost which equals jobs! A 45% increase in goals...WTF! Get out of here! No future

    You sound depressed. Experience pharmaceutical reps are very marketable. The small new start up companies wouldn't be paying the big bucks if they didn't want the experience. This is driving up the compensation for everyone! If the big companies were smart they would've taken care of their employees, everybody would stop job hopping, and salaries would increase incrementally. That's my opinion.

    With all of the competition regarding oncology reps fighting for poisitions in Southern Cali, the best Bayer could do is some ugly dude dense, naive, and well over 50 bitching that is fellow female reps aren't hot enough? Now after seeing this thread, it starts to make sense.
