I interviewed last Thursday. Haven't heard anything yet. Was told training starts Oct 16th at Home Office. So, decisions need to be made ASAP.

these jobs are going to trainers. Promise.

 

Why? What is happening in the training dept?

Oh I'm sure lots are!! Perhaps not all but yes the trainers need jobs.

 

Got the call tonight that I didnt get the job.
It Went to a Territory Manager with 12 years experience in my area. Very well qualified.
(No, not a trainer)

 

looking at the list I know 3 hires, all located in different parts of the country. Each one seasoned reps with good backgrounds...not trainers!

 

bump in pay and a chance to sell biologics make you special. LOL brainwash all the way.

 

i think most put in for the job security more than anything else. PC doesn't have much time...

Huge waste of resources hiring 20 overlays. Not needed at all! That is what you get from a company that is not a true Specialty Company!
