Doing the right thing? The Q3 adjustment payout is a joke. It is a discriminating system. They should be openly discussing how they made this adjustment across the territories but instead asking us not to discuss it.
Yes- there was one fair solution to pay Acct managers what they deserve. That was to cut the Q4 number in half in ea territory as the goals this year are not realistic. Fact is Stuart lied his pearly whites off on stage and shouldnt even show his face at NSM this year. Its hard to name a good leader in this whole division, Brian O was truly awesome and had the respect of the entire sales team, thats because they made money and many were promoted when he was here. Now you have a bunch of leaders that never sold a toxin or a syringe of HA that dont understand the business or what Top reps in this space will be making when the market continues to get flooded in the future. If Galderma wants to be a destination for Top reps they need to pay them, if not bring on the pharma, dental, and disgruntled cool sculpting peeps! Wake up Galderma and truly do the right thing!
this adjustment was a joke, no transparency here and its very hard to name a true leader in this division. I can name about 4 stud RSMs thats it! Wake up and pay us asshats!
