I don't understand the negative feedback. Doug is really great. I loved working for him.

Doug is best known for Aceon debacle at Solvay. He has by far the easiest drug to promote at Abbvie with Creon now. Anyone with a pulse could run a division in GI care.

Doug may be miscast in his role here, but give the guy a break. He has flaws but so do many of the people posting up here!

-Wow, I'm sure your liberal spawn will be impressed that mommy was a cult cheerleader. Why don't you speed up your contribution to the good of all mankind and join the sea org. I think Tom Cruise could use another lacky or two. :)

Doug is such a tool. He is a Hynde protege which means he would sell out his own family to make his mark at Abbvie and be in the good graces of management

Doug sucked the soul out of me. I'm lost, frustrated, angry, unemployed and all alone.
Also I never worked here just passing through lonely as hell

This guy is still actually leading a region at Abbvie? WTF? Thought Doug would have been managed out long ago. Shows anything still goes at Abbvie!

As a former member of Doug's team, most of these posts are off base and by a bunch of bitter ex employees.. I can tell you he is a good leader but tends to get too bogged down by analytics. Our job is to sell and coach reps, but he seems to want you to know every aspect of every spreadsheet backwards and forwards. That is where my issue was with him. I led many successful teams by keeping things simple, fun, and straightforward with solid fundamentals for my reps. As a result, we accumulated great results. Doug never seemed to get this and felt things had to be much more complicated to say the least. That is why I moved on to much greener and pleasant pastures.
