Best/Worst DM's

You can run and you can use spin tactics but in the end the truth hurts. An alarming turnover rate does not just happen without major problems from above.

 

Sun has the lowest turnover rate in the industry. The folks that are gone (like the angry ones on here) were terminated for cause. The fired Whistleblower wannabe, who's domain was shut down by Dilip is a prime example of the stupidity faced by management.

Totally true about the lies they tell.

 

My DM never lies to us. She's very well liked by our team. We have fired peeps on here hating and lying about our great leaders.

No matter how bad your manager is just remember it could ALWAYS be worse. You could have Jamie Hedges breathing down your neck. The Sunovion weasel who has no business in a leadership position and is hands down the most hate man in the organization.

HR does nothing! They are put in place to “maintain the organizational integrity”, which is the PC way of stating that a rep has no rights to complain over a higher up. The only exception is if you are a specific protected class. The best example would be an ethnic female. Just being over 40, a vet, or white female certainly doesn’t count even if they claim you’re protected.
Also, it sounds as if you’re the manager that’s being complained about quite possibly.

Hedges is the biggest pos manager. Hate him. Hate working for him. Hate hearing about what his preacher said during the Sunday sermon. Hate riding in a car with him. Hate the glare on his forehead. Hate reading the incoherent emails. Hate smelling his foul breath. Hate walking into an office hanging my head in embarrassment because he’s with me again. Hate the agonizing conference calls. He’s a pathetic loser.

 

Hedges is a Godly inspiration to my team and we are 1000% with him.
