BIG Changes Soon

Major reprganization coming soon. Cuts of at least 28% to some sales forces I hear. Getting rid of our upper management bloat too. Buckle up. It's going to be a bumpy 4th quarter. Why do we Always have layoffs during the holidays?

 

This poster is full of crap. There are zero plans for layoffs of any kind. I work in a position to know what operations is working on and reorganizations are not in the plans. I can't stand when trolls come to our page and post garbage like this.

 

Since you are someone in the know, can you please have someone get better and more fresh fish for the sushi bar in Matbborough? If I have to eat this crap one more time I will likely lead a mass of people to the pond out back and drown ourselves. This has to end and end soon. As a Japanese company there is no excuse for this type of treatment. You have been warned. You do not want another Gish led sushi protest like the one he led back in 2015.

 

I think the better question is: Why do you start posting your bullshit around the same time every year? To scare people with lies around the holidays? You're a sick fuck and need some therapy.

I was sad to hear about Chuck as I used to work with him at Pfizer years ago. I do hope he lands well. I work in Psych and although i have had limited interaction with EB, I do like him better than my RBM who I do not trust. I have also made more bonus money in the last two years than in all prior years since joining Sunovion in 2012. If EB has anything to do with that then he can stay but my RBM needs to go.

Honestly, a layoff that would force me to cut these golden handcuffs and get away from this company might not be the worst thing...

 

Chuck is a good guy and a friend to the field. There were some personality conflicts--plain and simple.

Chuck was the best executive this company had , but unfortunately he didn’t subscribe to the same philosophy as upper managment. He actually cared about people who worked hard and you weren’t just a name attached to a sales number. He was a rare breed for upper managment and will be missed.

 

It is always nice when Chuck's mom posts on behalf of her son.
