What happened to P Young?

None of them are leaders. They get their micromanaging from their boss.

 

So what happened to P. Young? Self preservation over leading a region. Zero motivational skills or accountability. Had managers quit or be pushed out, districts with major turnover. Fought his managers at every turn. No vision or strategy. Played the blame game. From what I've heard, the once envied Northeast region is now last. What a shame.

 

I heard you had your nose so far up his ass that you are now P. Young.

First of all to understand what happened to p young, you gotta understand who p young the man was. Now p young was born to a one-legged bitch of a mother. He was always ashamed of this, man. And then right after that he's adopted by this man, Tito Liebowitz, tito's he's a small time gun runner and a fight promoter. So he puts p young into training. They see he’s good. He is damn good. But then he had the fight of his life. They pit him against his brother. And p young said "no man that's my brother, I can’t!! p young said "that's it!" he called off all his fights, and he started doing crack, and he freaked out. Then in a rage, he collapsed, and his heart no longer beat.

 

Yes sir, he is holding options out the wazoo.

 

He joined the Army

 

P Young is a slippery ferret. he's the first to throw pp under the bus so whatever happened to him, he had coming!!! Avoid this guy at all costs.
