Just another perfect example of what a dirtbag company Forest is, run by a bunch of Low Lifes. Go get 'em Girls, collect the money you are owed and deserve.
I received a letter today. Looks like we are going to collect as part of the class action suit. The numbers were not specific but my DM who is also a female said it will be based on a formula of years of service, base pay (each year), special bonus (P Club awards), and a 'punitive' factor of maybe 200% (ie double). The payment timeframe is May-June this year. So for a female with 10 years (my case) at Forest it could mean 2 years of pay at my current rate - maybe $275K ! I feel great about this as my old DM was a MCP Male Chauvinist Pig.
well if it's anything like the last huge lawsuit all the offending managers will be promoted. Remember JR went to Managed Markets and AA has some fancy title but still runs Hospital. I bet each and everyone of these 'gentlemen' get some sort of promotion or award

we won big-time. I had to work for a lecherous DM for 8 years and was paid way below the guys. Collected a tax free $441K from this lawsuit. That DM is still around but don't work under him anymore.
