Good evening. We will share that most people are trying to leave. Many have left recently and kudos to them. This place is demotivating and a farce! Home office people are disconnected - terrible at lying also. We are tired of the nonsense. Poor decisions and execution folks! You should all be ashamed at HQ!! To the ra-ra asshole who keeps posting, put the book down, It is a joke and unbecoming. Recruiters laugh at this company! They are getting calls that are desperate. So for those who are hanging on - stupid!! We are getting sold! It's the only way out! Genzyme here I come!

Me too and most in my region. I am IVing at 2 companies and PRAY I get an offer at one.

reading about my old employer feel bad, best wishes to all, here's my out - I did so well on the MCAT that I got into C-NU - I'm heading off to medical school at Colombia - National University. Three years to an MD on accelerated program and I will make the big bucks.. Have a degree in Bio that I got part time and took a primer course to score well on the MCAT. You folks should consider this option as college expenses very low in South America and easy to get in. Beats pounding the pavement as a rep.
