They were GREAT previous. Now it's ok. Wouldn't make or break the job but the old benefits were fantastic

Very well said. I've never seen an office worker last. They have no clue to the hours that going ingo this job. Many are becoming PSR's with no sales goals and believe they are the rep. No clue.

Here's the new comp plan if your smart - Leave- come back after overpaid rookie rep tanks your territory Get paid new base they offer- get your old docs back and profit by going over plan. They lost some great talent by not making things right when the new reps came in and were compensated higher than loyal talented reps. Mass exodus last few years. I was one of them. I have a friend hanging on in hopes the company makes it right. I tell him he's a sucker and an idiot if he thinks his drunk of a manger or the brass will pay him. I feel sorry for him bc he was my favorite person from our training class. He gets shit on left and right and just can't get it through his head that he can do better elsewhere. I have heard that they gave some raises and that might have helped keep some talent around. My new company pays on volume and rewards the reps that can cover and retain large dollar territories. I sold around 2.2 million at Nobel Biocare and made 50k less than I do selling 2 million here!! Have fun nobel reps -working your nights away from your family at Study Clubs and TEMs -selling 3 million and covering a school grant for 500k you don't get paid on !! Maybe they will pay you what the rookies make - LolololoLOlOlloLlllol

this is not happening. It's not going to be like camlog/biohorizons or zimmer/3i.....reps will not be selling two brands of implants.
On a side note maybe you will get free Margaritas if your luck..since ombré of the regional managers as a side gig using all Nobel money for it.. 2nd thought that manager is a cheap jerk so I doubt you will get free!!
