Has anyone else noticed how the rheumatology bonus payout is shrinking? But it doesn't look like it is happening in any other divisions. What's the deal? Vial payout is a joke. How much is Mnk making per vial? And how much are they paying the rep who helped make it happen? Not even 0.01%. Ridiculous!!! Do you want to sell an expensive drug with no data? Motivate your reps so they are excited to fight for those patients that have lost hope.

Yes - suddenly a script coming from rheumatolgy is less valuable than a script coming from any other division. Our payout is lower than every other division! But doesn't that script make the company exactly the same profit? So why screw us?

Quit being defensive and do the right thing idiot! If rheum is so important, show us. Your "shut up and get to work" attitude is exactly why you've seen 80% turn over of your talent pool.

The lack luster payouts are paying huge dividends! Look at all those scripts rolling in every day. Referrals are at a 4 year low. Lots of people are looking for alternative jobs. The company is failing under the weight of it's own stupidity.

I don’t recall seeing the IC plan until we got back from Nashville. It has declined and it does suck big time.

When there is no money to chase people will look elsewhere.

The company has “redistributed” the money, so they say. The fact is that 100% goal achievement in Q1 pays less compared to Q4 in 2018. Referral rates are declining year after year, yet the company is tracking to hit goal? How low is the bar coming down? Raise the bar and raise the IC plan. Stop F’n around with the declining comp plan and expect an increase in sales. It is not only the ship rate that is declining, it is also the morals of the reps. High turnovers in 2017 is not a coincident.

Not true about just rheum. Neph has been getting a$$ raped on comp for 15 months now. It is what it is. For those who feel absolutely compelled to reply "stop whining" - it is the straight up truth and not a whine. With that said - the only reason there has not been a mass exodus is only because people have not found jobs that would not be a lateral move. But best believe that everyone is looking.
