I heard from a couple people that we're all being ranked against each other in meetings. The next step after everybody leaves from retention is layoffs and downsizing.
Of course there will be major layoffs in ARD. All divisions will shrink a great deal. That will include not only sales, but reimbursement too. Malli is not doing well. Could not happen to a better company. Lol
Why do they keep hiring for territories that aren't viable? Then they blame the rep when it doesn't work out.

That won't help. Manager only worried about saving his butt, could care less about yours. If you work in a territory that isn't viable, get out now. Don't expect your manager to give you a heads up about looking for a new job; he wants you to stay until you get shit-canned so he doesn't have to be bothered backfilling another territory any sooner than he has to.
More than half of the ARD territories aren't viable. The Mgrs will be downsized too if the company goes through with it. They keep hiring for the non viable territories though. It's all part of the smoke and mirrors so that no one will know only a few territories produce.

are they reducing Ofirmev team from three rsds to two and placing the one displaced rsd as dsm and pulling three or four dsms for acbm spots that are open so they can realign the districts to 9 acbm
What is Ofirmev? No one ever speaks about this product anymore! It’s all ARD! I think the Ofirmev sales reps better get the hell out and stop hiding behind thier 1 day work week. I know for a fact most are not doing anything! Keep listening to your selfish managers that keep telling you your getting a new product.
