    I'm taking suggestions.

    I'll probably ignore them...

As the CEO of Conmed I can tell you we are building the muscles around the bones. For orthopedics our sales in 2014 totaled 402,450 million dollars and we closed out 2016 with sales of 370,472 million dollars. Surgical Visualization sales totaled 57,949 million dollars in 2014 and we closed out 2016 with sales of 51,631 million dollars. I have lost 38,596 million dollars in sales in three years and I have successfully reduced our dependence on the sale of Orthopedics products.

We have all seen your lawyer in action, and are therefore not concerned. However, if we were bringing a sexual harassment suit against him personally, that might be a different story

These are the sales numbers from the 2016 Annual Report. The numbers speak for themselves. The direct sales model is not working and you can tell the plan is to complete additional tuck in acquisitions to prop up the General Surgery Division. The Hail Mary pass for Orthopedics was the Edge and this has proved to be a complete failure. Just look at the New York market. You don't enter the Bipolar ablation market seventeen years after your competitors have carved out their own market share.

If EDGE is an absolute failure in the New York market, are there any US markets where EDGE is gaining traction?

What's in that place that causes cancer? Why is it every few months someone dies, is diagnosed with, or taking FMLA to battle cancer? The cnc machinist spraying metal in the air would be my only guess. But people are getting tumors and cancers in other organs, not just their lungs. Are you doing population control? Is it in the passivation and anodized material? Whatever it is, it's working.

    Dear CEO,

Why is the company going down, not up?
Why can't we meet our goals year after year?
When will our current technology receive upgrades, and perhaps our developers make great product that doctors want?

    Dear peon,
The company is going down because I honestly don't give a shit about long term growth and being a company where people can grow personally and professionally. Just want to put some lipstick on this pig and sell it.
    Merry Christmas!

    Dear CEO,

There's not much improvement to what we have, only projections to what we are GOING TO have in the future. It seems like the money you get, you keep, and this boring show just keeps on playing.

Can you please use your money to improve our products and upgrade as many things as possible?

I thought if you wanted to make much more money and maintain a happy coworker environment, you'd spend your own money on it. Is everyone up top near you and including you really so greedy that you just let the ship sink while collecting as much profit as possible?
