Believe me....In about a month they will all be yelling FREEEEEEDDDDDDOOOOOOOM like William Wallace. Life is wonderful outside of Boston. It takes about 30 days to wash off all the shit stuck to you from regional managers and ADs but after that life gets awesome. They all think they are so bad ass and know it all but then you get out of this industry and realize just how stupid those x-pharma now RMs really are. DUMB as shit and have no idea. Now they believe they are top of the heap smart as hell business guys. Makes me laugh my ass of now. Many of them will read this, frown and say thats BS. Makes me laugh, stupid people have no idea how stupid they really are. Welcome to freedome boys!

RIFs happen every 2-3 years in the industry. They hire numbers thinking that a territory will turn, then a little turmoil in the numbers, then a a RIF. Actually what it is is temporary staffing. Boston has stopped announcing RIFs. Previously they would give notice hoping people would jump ship first. Boston figured out that is was counter productive to announce since it created a decrease morale/productivity and people did not jump ship.
