I recently attended the Compliance training held here in Columbia. Ms. Senters, as she so aptly describes herself is the Chief Compliance Officer. My question is, who exactly monitors her when she fails to perform her duties? I called to file a complaint directly to her over a month ago and nothing was done about it. Was it due to the fact the compliant had to do with someone she likes and it was swept under the rug? Ah well, it's Ameritox and the rules only apply to everyone else except Senior Management.
