dont even think about coming here after reading recent post Poor leadership with no skills It's a comedy here. The leaders think they they own you. They want to go back to the old Dendreon. Who wants that? Leadership doesn't listen. It's like living in the past. Hiring people in top of you who know nothing COO is clueless and not qualified but she is great at kissing up to CEO to get to where she is CEO took care of his people with transition and no one got nothing. Wipe out leaders from top to bottom in all areas and replace with new experienced leaders. Shake it up a bit. Keep the people below the same. People from manager to top need to go. It's dectatirship at its finest. People get appointed to position. No opportunity for other skilled employees to compete and apply. No type of leadership training can save these guys. Worse place ever
It's nice to see others know the issue of leadership here.We have no one to talk to here. Not even HR. The leadership team is useless. Carol- Always negative. Loves to attack others. She complains all the time. She is always talking about leaving. Don't talk, do it. Everyone is replaceable. Doesn't support her team. Always talking badly about her own staff. She is miserable. Hard to be around her. Worthless as a leader. Efrin- Talks too much. When does he listen? No one likes him except his favorite Kat. He is Mr I know it all and I done it all. Extremely rude and looks down at others. Self involved to be a good leader. This guy thinks he is God. Paul- seems to side with Carol and Efrin. Keeping bad company. Wonder if he is like them. Kayle-Really? So inexperienced. What were you thinking Paul and Bruce? Your people are mad. Andy- He can't lead one monkey let alone a group of humans. No one respects him. Jay- Never at work. Does he work? Sistina- Inexperienced. Useless. Cindy - She is just s project manager at best. Does she produce anything? No!! Overrated. She is still here because no one besides Dendreon will take her seriously. Brandi- She does more talking than doing work. She got far because of you know who. She is never at work. Do something Jim and Christina.
She did whatever the leaders asked her to do. She didn't have independent thinking. Beth wanted her out for a reason.
