Reps pushed to leave or get fired.. Is it worth waiting?

    I've been with the company for many years now and many of us are planning to leave at the end of the year.
    Reps have been realigned to the point where the quota can't be met and bigger splits in our territories will be given to new hires with quotas splitting in half again.. Is it worth it to ride it out? I've heard that some reps were given severance so I want to ride it out. Does anyone know who those reps are?

    Just get another job if your not happy . Any severance is minimal and is meant to get you to leave sooner than later.

    Do not sign anything. Speak to an attorney as I guarantee he/she can get you more in a law suit or to get Storz to settle versus what they offer you in a crappy package. If they are pushing you out and you have performed I promise you can file some sort of discrimination or retaliation against KSEA.

    Yes, don't sign anything. Discrimination is very cut and dry however.. It has to deal with age, sex, skin color or orientation.. If anyone knows of past reps given nice severance packages (definitely more than a handful) that is essential to a good case. In Germany where Big Mama sits on her throne they are fair. Severance is the law. It's a fact that it will be that way in America too, just a bit late.

    This place is one of two things. A place where the legacy reps still make 400,000K plus or a grave yard where the company is still trying to live off of its past legacy. Reps now are making closer to 125k- 200k, but even the 200k reps are a dying breed.

    The KS product line especially on the video end is a joke. Ho Hum at best. The leaders and innovators in the industry are coming from unexpected places. Arthrex, Novadaq(Stryker), and Olympus is coming on strong these days. What do we have? As always, an incomplete product line.
